Responsibilities

Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others - with a patient-first mindset. Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency support your career advancement and you thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment where you will rarely experience the same day twice.

Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging

Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000. Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship. Qualifications Minimum:

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

AZ RN license or RN license from a compact state.

American Heart Association BLS Certification.

American Heart Association ACLS certification

Preferred:

BSN

Two years of recent Med/Surg experience.
