New Business Marketing Manager - Hybrid

As aNew Business Marketing Manager,you will lead and manage all new store marketing, which includes, but is not limited to overall strategy, digital, the email and texting touchpoint strategy and execution, Ace Conventions, myace.com, trade shows, field team support and required collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the organization to drive new store growth annually. What Youll Do Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive new store growth
Direct the advertising spend across multiple channels, including digital, email, text, direct mail, print publications, trade shows and online, as well as the strategic conceptualization, creation, and execution of all marketing collateral
Lead the email and text messaging strategy working within the marketing platform
Co-manage the Lifecycle of a Prospect through the channels and through Salesforce for the new business team, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and the education/training for team members
Work crossfunctionally on reporting and analysis of the overall marketing mix, with the goal to yield a positive ROI and ensure annual goals are reached
Lead and manage the annual budget planning with outside digital vendor, conventions and internally to recommend adjustments as needed, to yield a better ROI
Manage the content, creative and online recruitment website, myace.com. Ensure seamless execution with Salesforce, and identify additional exposure opportunities such as PR, video, testimonials, etc.
Lead the New Business Convention experience for prospective Ace retailers registration through the on-site experience. Develop and maintain all marketing collateral (sell sheets, brochures, e-brochures, etc.) for New Business
Support the New Business field team throughout the interest to application timeline and for any needs Who You Are You are a passionate contributor and collaborator with a focus on detail, efficiency and adding a refreshing creative touch to your work. Required Skills A minimum of 5 years of marketing, ad agency or franchise sales or marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Masters Degree a plus)
Visionary and strategic leadership skills
Strong creative and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and public communication skills
Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of the organization
Salesforce working knowledge a plus
Smartsheet working knowledge a plus
Detailoriented, with ability to lead projects and multi-task responsibilities within set timelines
Thorough understanding of the Ace retail store model Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
25% Travel Required
Compensation Details: $98400 - $123000 Per Year
