*Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner*

* Diagnose & treat acute and chronic medical problems

*Skills & Requirements of the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner*
* Compassion, empathy and self-awareness
* Ability to multi-task, think critically, and find solutions to any problem
* Strong leadership and effective communication skills
* At least 1 year of experience as a PCP responsible for managing chronic & acute medical problems as well as initiating medications and other interventions to manage such problems
