On site Controller $170k/year - Manufacturing Industry
We are looking for an experienced Controller. This role is offering a base salary up to $170K plus a negotiable bonus. The requires daily on-site presence. The successful candidate will manage a small team and handle day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger oversight, monthly close processes, and budgeting, while working closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities: Reduce risk, uphold and execute accounting policies and processes Supervise the creation of operational benchmarks and financial reporting Take the lead in creating the yearly forecast and budget Provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing, and contract negotiations Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration required Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience CPA or CMA designation preferred Strong management, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Visit our website to learn more about our openings!
