1st Shift Machine Operator Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a 1st Shift (5am-5pm) Machine Operator to be based out of Chino, CA.Reporting to the shift supervisor, the Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines/set of machines, which includes set up, operation, inspection and adjustment of large machinery.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing simple or routine set-ups, following processes, completion of necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Read and comprehend production Standard Work, all Safety procedures, and Maintenance instructionsOperate and observe machinery during productionIdentify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standardsCollaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goalsAll associates must embrace and foster and environment that supports our core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence What you'll bring: High School diploma or equivalentThe ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructionsGood understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculationsAttention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organizationMust be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical mannerMust be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to lift, pull or push at least 50 lbsMust be willing and able to work overtime Within 3 months, you'll: Complete any required trainingHave developed relationships within the departmentBe well-versed in priorities and the importance of your role to daily operations Who we are:
