Duties SummaryPrimary Care provides comprehensive health care and address the majority of health care needs for assigned patients as outlined on the granted clinical privileges. The Primary Care Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physician will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment, including preventive care of a panel of patients and other patients assigned, and functions as part of a multidisciplinary team.Responsibilities The overall responsibilities typically include, but are not limited to: Provide long-term patient-provider relationshipsCoordinate care across the spectrum of health servicesEducate and offer disease prevention program for ambulatory patientsResponsible for the evaluation and treatment, including preventive care of patientsReferral to a different level of care, when services needed are outside the scope of the clinic Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.Financial Disclosure Report: Not required Travel RequiredNot required Supervisory status No Promotion Potential None
