French Brasserie Rochambeau is looking for talented prep cooks to join our team. With two kitchens on separate floors there is plenty of room to work and grow your culinary talents.

The successful candidate will play an important role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and accomplished goals.

Responsibilities:
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAnswer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructionsClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Company Information Rochambeau is a two-floor restaurant, caf and bar serving contemporary French fare in a contemporary Brasserie style setting on Boylston St in the heart of the Back Bay.
