We are seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant (PSC) to support enterprise self-service clients on the DSP. The PSC will develop and deepen long term relationship with our enterprise agency and advertiser clients by owning the end to end engagement including training, onboarding and implementation, technical support and troubleshooting. The PSC will drive strategic consultation of DSP best practices with clients spanning campaign setup/optimization and integrations, serving as a point of escalation and advocate for the client within Amazon, working closely with programmatic traders at agencies/advertisers, as well as Amazon Ads internal sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs.
Key job responsibilities Define priorities for campaign management and optimization initiatives based on deep knowledge of the industry, its competitive landscape and key business issues.
Own the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives.
Provide services such as on-boarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices.
Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
Drive the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists).
Define and improve processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers.
A day in the life A typical PSC engagement with our customers could include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, assisting a customer with a beta feature, providing oversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimization recommendations and monitoring their impact, and conducting deep dives to determine root causes of issues and informing customers of the best course of action. PSCs advocate for customers in internal forums, provide troubleshooting support and triage when needed, and simplify and propagate customer feedback to inform product and services design. PSCs operate as trusted advisors to customers every day, ensuring they gradually develop into proficient users of our DSP, who see Amazon DSP as their preferred means to their goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience.
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Proficient oral and written communication skills with ability to establish credibility with technical and non-technical business owners.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in e-commerce or online advertising.
Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization.
