Project CoordinatorMesa, AZ (onsite)Overall Purpose: Supports the project management team by handling administrative tasks and helping to develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for all project phases.Roles and Responsibilities: Interface daily with Project Managers (PMs) to track project activities, maintain project schedules, and manage documentation. Utilize intermediate to expert-level skills with online project management tools, such as MS Project or other PM tools. Work closely with contractors on issues and status updates, ensuring diligent and proactive follow-up to reach valid, timely, and satisfactory conclusions. Demonstrate proficiency in all functions of MS Outlook email client. Participate in team meetings and follow up with meeting tasks and to-do lists. Ensure high accuracy in data entry and database management. Process purchase orders and perform other general administrative duties to support the project management team. Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure smooth project scheduling, timely job completion, and prompt invoicing. Review, follow up, and validate all milestone deliverables with contractors in a timely manner. Communicate and convey information clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.Top 5 Skills: Ability to read RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheets). Experience integrating sites. Expertise in coordinating the construction-to-on-air process with vendors. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to navigate multiple aspects of the project effectively.
