Overview:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for actively supporting stakeholders with data gathering, analysis, and reporting activities. This position is responsible for developing technical solutions that optimizes data extraction, visualization, tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will complete tasks under minimal supervision, provide updates and recommend process improvements as needed. The successful candidate should have the ability to interface and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
This position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and managing project and program level reporting.
Develop reporting solutions and guide stakeholders through the implementation.
Lead the digitalization and automation process of progress reporting.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and other SMEs to create and continually enhance program-level reports for various Programs.
Create dashboards that enable visibility of critical data.
Promote cross-functional collaboration to streamline project-related processes that ensure effective project execution.
Collaborate with business and external program teams to identify root cause and resolution of issues.
Interpret customer business needs and translate them into business/functional requirements.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study.
Experience through internships or co-ops is a plus.
Should have relevant experience in data analysis/experience transferring data from GIS to Power BI (GIS, PowerBI, Excel).
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and partner relationships with a high level of satisfaction is plus.
Advanced Excel, MS Project, Power BI, and Software reporting experience.
Demonstrated technical ability combined with the ability to work in a collaborative environment with end-users, clients, and other members.
Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
Ability to manage time independently and to work effectively on a project team.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
Must have a valid Driver's License.

Compensation
: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation:
Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
