Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager, full-time. Extensive experience in construction and remodeling to oversee the remodeling and construction of stores. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can manage all aspects of the project, from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results within the established schedule and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong local and international connections, the ability to find and coordinate with contractors, and the expertise to carry the project through to completion.
Responsibilities:
· Communication with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate services.
· Travel to projects, providing assistance as needed.
· You'll make phone calls to schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and gather information.
· Shopping and other miscellaneous tasks.
· Assist with research and decision-making to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with the approvals of the construction or remodeling plans. Complying with operational standards.
· Manage the necessary permits for new projects, both government and state.
· Manage and oversee multiple construction projects
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
· Monitor and report on project progress
· Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
· Manage budgets, including forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for inventory of materials, machinery, and spare parts

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or similar discipline.
· Must have experience managing projects in the past 5 years.
· Strong communication skills: written and verbal with bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
· Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Resourceful and able to work independently.
· Organized with excellent time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
