Key Responsibilities:
Manage, co-ordinate and deliver all agreed QDM integrations to MERPS in line with the MERPS timelines.
Manage, co-ordinate and deliver other integrations as agreed with the Project Manager to MERPS in line with the MERPS timelines.
Develop integration project plans specifying goals, deliverables, resources, scheduling.
Ensure all risk and issues associated with the agreed integrations are recorded and managed in the project RAID log in a timely manner, according to programme standards.
Ensure all risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner, along escalation paths defined by the programme.
Manage complex stakeholder environment.
Follow the CH Tech project team methodologies, policies and procedures.
Track, monitor and report integrations’ progress, costs, and resources to the Project Manager in line with required reporting schedules
Manage and coordinate project related third party relationships in partnership with Business relationship manager where applicable (e.g. Customer, vendors, Integration partners etc)
Work with customers and IT teams to facilitate smooth Integration testing and User acceptance testing
Author the required documents according to client iTMS requirements
Work with Application Services teams to effectively transition the developments into steady state.
Manage, co-ordinate and successfully rehost the local Quality Doc management application RRONE in line with the MERPS timelines.

Specialized Knowledge and Required Skills:
Comprehensive experience in Site Quality Document Management Business Processes.
Comprehensive understanding of XML and data mapping processes.
Comprehensive understanding of electronic message routing and message transformation.
Experience in Project management, including delivery of complex technical IT projects and servGMS-ITs.
Demonstrated matrix management skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
Understanding client and GMS-IT processes related to IT projects.
Proven experience in stakeholder management particularly with customers and third parties.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, remotely and across several geographies.
Fluent in English language skills (verbal and written).
