Objective:Provide personal and telephone attention to clients and administrative support on daily office tasks with some insurance requirements.
Essential Tasks:
Attend to phone calls and visitors.
Provide information about the services provided by the agency and the completion of the procedures required by them.
Assist in clerical and administrative tasks such as:
o Photocopy
o Archive
o Data entry
o Calls and follow-up of appointments and / or meetings
Prospect registration
Billing.
Insurance Certificates
Cancellations / Endorsements without premium.
Assist preparing vouchers.
Condo entry and billing.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree (preferred) or High School diploma with 2 years of experience in similar or administrative functions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
Completely bilingual (Spanish and English) – (read, write, communicate
Customer service oriented.
Professional attitude and bearing.
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly responsible, good with interpersonal relationships, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Having worked in the insurance industry would be ideal, but not required.
