East Bay Post Acute is a 5 Star rated Skilled Nursing Facility located in beautiful Castro Valley. We are currently in need of a front desk receptionist who can assist with administrative duties and help provide a warm and friendly environment for visitor, patients and staff.

AM Shift

Pay: $19

The receptionist role is extremely important to our facility. This position helps ensure operations run smoothly by answering phone calls and coordinating administrative duties.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring all visitors are warmly greeted and attended to

- Answering phone calls and directing those calls to the correct department.

- Screening all visitors and staff before entering the facility.

- Helping coordinate administrative functions and communicating any issues or concerns promptly.

The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, organized, a strong communicator, and a problem solver.
