Recruiter-Human Resources Representative

Work as Human Resources representative working with the recruitment process for Professional Pharma Solutions. Perform administrative office work. Work with resumes and submit them through the system. Contact potential candidates and help in the process of employment (recruitment), contracts and interviews. Make and receive calls. Archive, photocopy, documents and reports administration and customer service. May reconcile payments received with invoices. Use of social media, use of Computer.
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, or related field. Experience in recruiting services. Preferred experience in recruiting services for the FDA regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical Industries) with experience as description. Knowledge in the use of Fieldglass System preferred. Excellent Computer skills (MS Office), Fast typing, Computer skills, Customer Service, Fast learner, responsible, self-starter, punctual, organized, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge in the use of social media.
