Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time House Supervisor Registered Nurse (.75 FTE) to join the nursing team. The House Supervisor RN works under the direction of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner and is responsible for oversight of hospital staff, patient care, employees, and the facility. Duties when working as House Supervisor include directing and conducting administrative functions in the absence of department manager. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Associates Degree in Nursing, diploma from hospital based school, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing1+ years' experience as an Emergency Department RNWisconsin RN licenseCPR certification for adults and pediatricsACLS certification (within 3 months of hire)PALs or ENPC (within 3 months of hire)TNCC (within 6 months of hire)NRP (within 3 months of hire) Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years' related experience in a hospital setting Other Qualifications: Ability to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate the nursing care delivered to a variety of patientsProvide crucial conversations and feedback to staff based on performanceMaintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient informationDisplay and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standardsExhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, continuous improvement, and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of electronic medical recordsAbility to anticipate, understand, and manage patient expectations and provide consistent delivery of servicesClearly and effectively convey information to patientsAbility to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrentlyAbility to consistently carry out job responsibilities, able to acknowledge when commitments are not met, and take appropriate steps to fulfill responsibilityAbility to analyze, identify, and solve problems while using sound judgment Work schedule: .75 FTE - 60 hours per biweekly pay periodEvery 4th weekend and holiday rotation - Friday, Saturday, and SundayRotating days/nights - 12-hour shifts (3a-3p and 3p-3a)Additional shifts as House Supervisor/Primary ED RN ABOUT WESTERN WISCONSIN HEALTH
