General Responsibilities:
The Service Representative (Card Products and Applications Customer Service) establishes and maintains excellent client relationships such as Credit Unions and Financial institutions. Customer service includes but is not limited to, supporting clients' operations, handling service calls via the card products catalog tickets, and providing training to users of the card products and merchant applications. Manage incidents in a quick and diligent way ensuring clients' expectations are met. Supports clients in the use of the application correctly and gives guidance in credit requests or any app transactions.Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines, and rules of conduct. Completes corporate training and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering-related activities and fraud, insider training, and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required:
An Associate degree in Business Administration or related is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in a related position providing support and customer service in the finance and banking industry. Experience complying with time frames, and coordinating efforts with different techniques and business units giving an excellent customer service experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Knowledge of principles for providing customer service
Excellent verbal and writing skills both English and Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Good organization and planning skills
Critical thinking and analytical ability (interpret information, analyze situations, problems solvings, and make recommendations,)
Planning and organizing (handle multiple requests/situations and prioritize)
Demonstrates attention to detail; applies design principles; generate creative solutions
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions
