***Residential Care Specialist (RCS) Supervisor - Full-Time, 40 Hours/W*** ***eek. Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm - 10:00pm***
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The RCS Shift Leader satisfactorily performs all the duties and responsibilities of a RCS. In addition, u nder the direction of the Director of Residential Services, identifies problems of time, attendance, and job performance of the RCS staff and assists in the developing plan of action to resolve these problems. Supervises RCS in completion of identified tasks and assumes responsibility for ensuring that completion while keeping the Program Manager or RCS-Supervisor apprised of all aspects of RCS performance. Assists in orientation of new RCSs to unit/program philosophy. Maintains resident assignments. In conjunction with Director of Residential Services, completes and delivers employee performance evaluations and competency assessments and assists in maintaining safe staffing standards within the program.

**Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED required or a minimum of two years of college and 3 years experience in child caring institution, Bachelors degree and 2 years experience in child caring institution, preferred.
* 4 years experience in child caring institution required
* Experience on an inpatient psychiatric/or Residential Treatment Program setting for two years, preferred.
* At least an 18 month experience in a Residential Care Specailist role or comparable role.
* Experience in treating Impulse Disorder population, preferred.
* Provision of satisfactory motor vehicle operation report required.
* Current employees must be in good standing (no corrective action, satisfactory performance evaluation, etc.) to be considered.
***Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week. Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 10:00pm Monday-Friday***
