Residential Plumber

We are currently looking for plumbers to join our maintenance team to conduct work at our properties throughout the San Fernando Valley, LA City and South Bay areas.We are looking for all levels of experience, from entry level to senior level plumbers. DutiesWorking with mainlinesWorking with sewer linesWorking with water heatersInstallation of toilets and sinksInstallation of garbage disposalsInstallation of other plumbing fixturesPipe replacement and solderingWilling to do basic handyman jobs as they relate to plumbing such asOpening and closing of drywallPatching of drywallLight paintingRequirements:Have a valid California Driver License Have a car/truckHave basic plumbing toolsFrequent walking, bending, and climbing stairsAbility to lift, pull, push and/or move up to 40 lbsSchedule:Monday-Friday, 8a-5pAvailable after hours or weekends for emergencies
