Retail Sales Administrative Assistant

Viviano Flower Shop is seeking to hire full-time and part-time friendly and self-motivated multi-taskers for our Client Services department to assist our Retail Sales Department.
**$13-15 per hour**
The Retail Sales Administrative Assistant is constantly busy handling order inquiries from all departments, managing a multi-line phone system, resolving issues, assisting the Sales department when needed, and reviewing customer's orders for accuracy of spelling, grammar, and product.
This position requires great attention to detail, the ability to stand for up to 10 hours, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and employees.
