What you get to do every day Review pricing information from other costly 401(k) providers in order to provide a competitive comparison for new businessTrack product request and develop input to contribute to the increasing technology service that Human interest provides to clientsProvide educational and insights on various Revenue team meetingsManage a high volume of inbound sales team and implementation team inquiries, over the phone and through emailWork with Manager to review process and procedures to optimize team performance Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to answer client inquiries on plan design and product supportWhat you will accomplish Drive and bridge client relationships to the implementation stage and sometimes ongoingIdentify common issues and trends, driving process improvements to solve them permanentlyService a geographically diverse client baseWork in a fast-paced startup environmentFind solutions for internal team members to assist with the inbound of increasing businessWhat you bring to the role Need to have:

We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans $85,000 - $90,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximumin our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. This position will also offer a variable target of $30,000. All of our employees are offered a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits.
