The Sales Enablement Manager develops, manages and delivers compelling materials and other activations to convey ABC’s value propositions to the market via the sales team. This position is the in-house lead for creating a systematic approach to increasing sales staff effectiveness by supporting the team with the content, training, processes and analytics they need to optimize every prospect and customer interaction. The Sales Enablement Manager reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing.

What to expect:
Be the primary Marketing team liaison with the Sales organization, accelerating prospect win rates and customer upsells
Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement efforts, resulting in strong and differentiated position the market
Use data and feedback to identify opportunities to develop new resources, refine messaging and launch internal campaigns that drive business growth and fill knowledge gaps
Ensure a consistent voice and experience in all interactions through consistent messaging and branding across ABC’s enablement resources
Establish and own win/loss data gathering and disseminate findings and best practices
Solicit input from sales team members and other internal stakeholders for enhancements to sales library
Collect and incorporate competitive intelligence with sales team members
Manage library of sales enablement materials, including leading the selection of sales enablement technology
Develop and manage a 12-month roadmap of sales enablement development, including but not to limited to consultative selling guides, ROI calculators, improved site visits, clickable demos, and more
Continual enhancement and re-evaluation of sales playbooks
Manage communication of competitive analysis and provide impactful insights
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or management
Regular and reliable attendance is required

Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant area of study
5+ years of relevant sales, marketing, and/or sales enablement experience with increasing responsibility
Able to clearly communicate value propositions to sales professionals via digestible and effective materials to meet defined goals.
Top-tier copywriting and presentation skills (examples required)
Inherent professional drive and challenger mentality. Displays a consistent can-do attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure program success
Detail-oriented and easily juggles multiple projects to deliver high-performing programs. Always viewing efforts through the lens of measurable results using a data-driven mindset

What you bring to the table:
Communication skills – must be a strong speaker, comfortable in front of large groups
Intimately familiar with B2B selling processes
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Writing Skills – must be a solid writer with strong ability to craft content
Interpersonal skills – High-level, empathetic listener who can both incorporate and manage sales team feedback
Flexibility/adaptability – ability to changes priorities quickly and often
