*Job Overview* As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing indoor spaces. You will be responsible for designing layouts, selecting color schemes, furniture, and decorative elements to meet clients' needs and preferences. *Duties* - Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and plans - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the space - Use Adobe Creative Suite for design presentations - Renovate existing spaces or build new ones to achieve desired outcomes - Draft plans and layouts for approval - Incorporate lighting design principles into projects - Utilize Bluebeam software for project management - Conduct lighting sales consultations with clients - Utilize Sketchup for 3D modeling of design concepts - Provide sales support by recommending products that align with the design vision *Qualifications* - Proficiency in CAD software for creating technical drawings - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for design presentations - Knowledge of Sketchup for 3D modeling - Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management - Strong understanding of lighting design principles - Ability to draft plans and layouts accurately - Sales experience in the interior design industry is a plus
