Job Description: Thinking Minds Inc.'s client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Data & Integration Architect for their large-scale SAP S4 transformation program. In this role, you will drive the design and implementation of data architecture solutions crucial to a business transformation from SAP ECC to S4 HANA, which is closely tied to an ongoing HR transformation.
Ideal Candidate Should Have: Expertise in SAP ECC and S4 HANA transformations Strong background in data modeling, integration, and migration Experience with large-scale business transformations, especially HR-related projects (SuccessFactors) Proven ability in leading data architecture initiatives for enterprise programs Knowledge of data governance and data quality management Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of data architecture for SAP S4 transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives, assisting in building the Enterprise Data Model (EDM). Develop and maintain essential artifacts like data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance to project teams, addressing any data-related challenges. Participate in data migration strategies and ensure smooth transitions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, particularly in SAP technologies and data architecture. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Architect, particularly in large business transformation projects. Strong familiarity with SAP ECC and S4 HANA. Experience with data modeling, integration, and migration. Knowledge of data governance and data quality management. Experience in HR transformation projects (e.g., SuccessFactors).
