Full Time Opportunity General Description Administer internal System, controls, process, budget management and organizational structures. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, identifying interdependencies and metrics. Perform numeric analyses using data analysis software. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint and Power BI. Course work in Financial Mathematics, Financial Accounting, Probability, and Statistics. Apply statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information Knowledge in Access and other programming languages such as SQL, highly desirable. Maintains databases and ensures that the data is reliable. Collects internal and external statistical data to provide information and recommendations to: 1. management regarding testing and validation results and improvement strategies, 2. Prevent situations that may negatively impact the department's performance or compliance requirements and 3. Identify trends, patterns, or fluctuations, and recommends future actions of the Unit. Excellent organization skills, able to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to operate at all levels of management, with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (in both English and Spanish). Identify solutions for reported incidents or system enhancements Prepare presentations and documents summarizing business analyses for the management team. Education Bachelor's and/or advance degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Experience At least three to five years related experience in business analysis or project coordination. Other Qualifications Experience with data analysis, data integration and data validation activities with different projects. Experience developing written summary and analysis of technical testing and validation activities. Ability to communicate and work with information technology. Ability to gather and manipulate substantial amounts of data from different sources and forms.
