The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and support to business partners across the company's various lifestyle brands. This includes engaging in marketing initiatives, creative services, and talent engagements, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves a high volume of work, requiring the ability to manage multiple complex and high-value matters simultaneously, often under time pressure. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented strategic thinker with a practical mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
Applicants must have a JD and be licensed to practice law in the US, with at least 7 years' experience, preferably with in-house experience. The role demands a professional with a strong background in commercial transactions, particularly in the areas of marketing and advertising, influencer and talent services, and consulting. Experience in digital media and a background in retail, commercial, or consumer products are also advantageous.
