What you'll work onOversee and implement product algorithm test and verification from Systems perspective.Design and develop signal processing algorithm as needed to improve product features and/or biosensor performance.Design, innovate and improve performance metrics from biosensor clinical data to assess sensor/system abnormality, and provide insight for product improvement opportunities.Support R&D product development data analysis needs from multiple areas, including software, hardware, mechanics, investigation, and algorithm development.Analyze unstructured and/or structured biological data from biosensor clinical trials and evaluate biosensors performance to support product designs. Proactively identify improvement opportunities for sensor product design and/or manufacturing process.Apply analytical and data mining techniques on large clinical datasets and conduct advanced statistical analysis such as regression, time-series forecasting, decision trees, modeling, and optimization.Draw insights and present results in a cohesive, intuitive, and simple manner to functional stakeholders, for clinical research testing and evaluation of integrated bio-wearable sensor systems.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering or related physical or life science. Master's or above preferred.8+ years relevant experience and a BS degree, or 6+ years relevant experience and a MS degree, or equivalent years of education and experience in Engineering and Sciences.MATLAB programming proficiency is required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with biological data analysis, statistical analysis, signal processing algorithm development, and software programming.Additional skills with software tools of Python, C/C++, JMP, and R, etc. is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of design controls and regulations for medical device development is a plus.* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. COMPENSATION:The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 – $218,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
