Overtime is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our tech team. We create innovative solutions to support the next generation of sporting leagues through websites, mobile apps, databases, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. We're looking for candidates with strong full stack experience which involves a lot of coding and DevOps work day to day. We have a small but powerful tech team that owns the full development life cycle. You'll need to have experience working in high stress situations that may require you to work outside of normal office hours.
We will be performing technical interviews and you will be competing for this position against the best candidates in the market, so come prepared and be ready to walk us through examples of your work.
This role is hybrid, working 3 days a week in our Brooklyn, NY office.

AWS Docker Kubernetes How many years of experience are we looking for? 5 years of Backend development 5 years of Frontend development 4 years of Databases 3 years of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD Who you are: You've created several websites from the ground up - writing RESTful APIs, taking Figma designs and coding them into HTML/CSS, creating normalized database schemas, provisioning kubernetes CI/CD pipelines in AWS, managing multiple environments for multiple websites You've pushed out numerous products from ideation to production You've been through the fires of handling emergency outages and high pressure / high visibility panic scenarios Self motivated, idea driven, forever learner Scrappy, and down to work on all parts of stack including devops What you'll do: Collaborate with our product and design teams to create product and functional specifications Participate in code reviews with other developers to further educate and expand the knowledge of our team Provide live support for our field teams that use our products during event filming, broadcasting, and production Build and maintain API services that support our web sites, mobile applications, and 3rd party vendors. Code in React/HTML/CSS for our websites, TypeScript/Node for our API services, SQL for our databases DevOps tasks in our AWS stack including (but not limited to) ECR, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Amplify Ensure high availability of our entire stack using kubernetes and status monitoring tools like DataDog
Overtime expects the base salary for this role will be approximately $190-210K USD annually, in addition to medical benefits, paid time off, and equity in the company.
