This senior position involves consulting with and supporting the business's leadership and management, resolving complex employee relations issues, and providing guidance on performance management, compensation, and recruitment. The role also includes managing the HR integration process for acquired entities, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR regulations.
Applicants for the Senior HR Business Partner role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in HR generalist or related roles, with a strong background in all aspects of HR, including but not limited to, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of applying HR principles across diverse client groups and markets, as well as proficiency in compliance and state labor laws. The ideal candidate will be adept at networking, have experience in public speaking, and be able to work effectively in a matrixed environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree and HR certification preferred. The role may involve travel of up to 25%.
