FIGS is looking for an awesome Senior Product Manager to join our Team. The Senior PM, Mobile Apps will be responsible for the vision, strategy and overall direction of FIGS Mobile Apps in collaboration with Executive Leaders. This individual will partner with Marketing to increase mobile app adoption, with the data team to assess potential investment opportunities, and make prioritization decisions to define a roadmap. They will be an excellent cross-functional collaborator, with strong communication skills, a mastery of the app submission and approval processes, and an innate ability to manage resources to execute and deliver aligned outcomes. The role will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

What you'll do:
Assume primary ownership of the existing FIGS native IOS app, and future native Android app experiences. Work closely with Engineering, UX Design, Marketing and Data teams to build a first-class native app ecommerce experience for our devoted community of health care providers. Be the domain expert in all things mobile apps, including success metrics, benchmark data and progress to goals, and fluent in app trends and the needs of target customer cohorts. Work closely with the Sr. Director of Product to set a vision for the FIGS App user experience, and evangelize it across the organization. Collaborate with your PM peers to align the mobile App roadmap with the FIGS DTC roadmaps, and ensure that customer needs are being met in the most efficient and cohesive way possible. Manage feature development alongside new business requests, market opportunities, and bugs while proactively communicating updated timelines & impacts. Ensure quality of product deliverables through manual testing and partnership with engineering on automation. Write detailed Product Requirements, launch plans and manage performance tracking & reporting of results. Analyze test and app data to identify key customer pain points and opportunities for refinement, new solutions, and growth. Work closely with the growth, engagement and acquisition Marketing teams to ensure visibility into the performance of the app as a customer acquisition & retention tool. Manage weekly/monthly reporting, and quarterly/annual roadmap processes. Qualifications:
A minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience delivering highly successful and impactful native mobile experiences for IOS and Android Platforms Experience growing app adoption over time is preferred Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality consumer-facing digital products, preferably in the retail or e-commerce domain. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven product decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of driving successful product outcomes. An innate customer focus, paired with a deep appreciation for the FIGS brand. Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. FIGS Compensation and Benefits Pay Range At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This roles base salary range is between $118,000 and $170,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
