Amazon Turkey is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager. You will be responsible for driving and facilitating cross-functional development activities and projects that will improve the experience of our customers. Product scope spans multiple CX domains (e.g., Compliance and Automation, Fulfillment Experience, Delivery Experience, etc.) across all channels (AFN, FBA, MFN, and Global Store). Aside from planning, executing, and monitoring/controlling product delivery, this role also owns driving the business alignment to deliver on Turkey's strategic priorities and leading the portfolio management mechanisms to improve delivery consistency across EU Emerging teams. It includes managing various complex relationships with internal teams (e.g. host, InTech, FLAT) and requires both a long-term strategic view of the tech roadmap as well as hands-on operational execution and excellence.
Responsibilities:In cooperation with the technical teams, defining and improving the customer experience for the final customer.Working with technology teams to drive Turkey-specific finance, legal, tax, accounting, compliance-related projects.The collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.Developing product plans with clear measurable success criteria, using mechanisms and metrics for KPIs, funnels, conversion, and awareness.Crisply communicate the ideas and vision to all levels of the company – both verbally and in writing.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSightExperience in building and driving adoption of new toolsPosted: March 19, 2024 (Updated 29 days ago)
