Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Manage and grow our social media communities by fostering meaningful interactions and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and incorporate them into our social media strategy to stay ahead of the curve Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices, and continuously explore new opportunities to optimize our social media presence Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with various target audiences Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment NOTE: Due to the nonprofit nature of our company, this position is volunteer-only and unpaid.
