Responsabilities:
Create strategic support relationships with keystakeholders within our customer organizations, includingCxOs, the IT Directors, and Line of Business leaders as wellas technology professionals;
Generate sustainable growth through routinely partneringwith Intech Experts and other Services personnel to strategizeon ways to create new Hybrid Infrastructure and DigitalTransformation opportunities within the accounts they service
Must possess:
3+ years in an Enterprise sales/support environment.
Relevant experience in sales account management and consulting.
Experience and familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus (e.g. Azure,AWS, etc.), a real passion for new technologies is a requirement.
Ability to guide customers and drive adoption is a key requirement.The ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, usingcompany resources to tackle customer challenges/requirements.Strong attention to detail and quality of work, suitable for customerfacing materials.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strongcommunication, time management and social skills.
Special Requirements:
A good level of understanding in two ormore of the following: unified communications, network and desktopoperating systems, enterprise resource planning and informationworker applications, database systems, messaging, managementand operations, and/or network security.
Products may include, butare not limited to: Avaya, Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Windows Server,Active Directory, Windows Azure, SharePoint Server, SQL Server,Exchange Server, Dynamics ERP, Hyper-V, and System Center.Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English correctly;
Computer proficient in Office365 including Microsoft Teams; Ability towork under pressure; Able to exercise good judgment in specialsituations; good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectivelyand clearly to all Intech’s Significant Interfaces.
