Job Description

Relevant Experience preferred:

- Leading role in change control development
- New Product Introduction
- Technical support role for specialized manufacturing processes
- Proficient at statistical analysis tools
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong Technical writing for investigation, procedures and change controls
- Investigation skills (e.g. NC/CAPA, Complaints, etc)
- Knowledge of validation processes and understanding of validation protocol execution requirements
- Practical knowledge in continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes
- Effective communication (verbal and written) at all levels
- Ability to apply engineering and or science-based solutions to production issues.

Qualifications

- Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 3 years of Engineering experience or
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of Engineering experience Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial preferred
