Job Duties and Responsibilities We offer opportunities to make significant, visible contributions to a high-growth, startup-type business within a sound Fortune 250 company.Our purpose is to safeguard company assets and produce timely, accurate, actionable financial information while participating in the design and implementation of new systems, creating efficiencies, and developing strategies for executing across the Wireless buildout business. Key Responsibilities: Prepare entries to accounts (GL and Subledger) documenting business transactionsPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliationsDevelop solutions to capture financial data for unique business transactionsPerform ad-hoc analysis on Wireless buildout costs, and other initiatives as assignedDevelop, implement, and continuously improve processPrepare financial results and reports (monthly and quarterly) for leadership Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Masters degree a plus (Finance and related fields may be considered)3+ years of experience in a fast-paced accounting environment, preferably in a technology businessSkills and Qualifications: A working knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, procedures, and standards (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations and ability to synthesize data into concise analysisIntellectual curiosity, outstanding problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to seek, organize, analyze, and draw valid conclusionsAdvanced skills in MS Excel and proficience with ERP systems (Oracle Financials or equivalent)Strong interpersonal, oral, and written presentation skills, and an ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable, clear, effective communicationsCPA, or equivalent qualification a plusThis role will be onsite in Englewood, CO Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
