Store Associate

As a Store Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting wholesale and retail customers with product selection, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality, meeting sales targets, and upholding the store's visual standards. Additional duties may include cash handling, maintaining inventory, and assisting with deliveries. Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals Assist customers in-person and over the phone with product selection Build trust relationships with customers Process sales transactions accurately Maintain work order files and formulas Retrieve products, tint, mix, stock shelves, and set up displays Assist with deliveries and maintain inventory Stay knowledgeable about products and suggest ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Willingness to work evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License High School diploma or GED At least one (1) year experience in retail, customer service, or delivery Previous experience selling and mixing paint
