Department Overview Gas Operations is focused on ensuring the safe and reliable flow of natural gas to our customers. Gas Operations is responsible for all aspects of PG&E's gas distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, restoration and emergency response.
Position Summary Oversees the Quality Assurance Auditing team which performs process quality audits on gas infrastructure. Oversees Subject Matter Experts who provide technical advice in the building of standards and procedures for gas operations.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $126,000
Bay Area Maximum: $200,000

California Minimum: $120,000
California Maximum: $190,000
Job Responsibilities Reports QA findings to leadership. Ensures accurate, consistent, and fair assessment practices. Helps drive work quality improvement within the field service organization. Oversees asset data Quality Review development, performance, and reporting. Provides tactical leadership and supervision of data quality protocols and projects in accordance with company-identified risks and strategic goals. Ensures all data verification work is conducted safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards and procedures Leads team on quality assurance audits, providing guidance and support Recruit/select, communicate expectations, foster employee engagement, coach, develop, mentor, recognize and reward employees in order to drive performance and results. Manages Professional employees.
Qualifications Minimum:
High School or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma Job-related experience, 5 years Desired:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience ASQ Quality Auditor Certification Working knowledge of Gas Operations Previous leadership experience as a technical lead or auditing team supervisor Quality auditing or Lean Six Sigma training Effective in communicating to individuals and group audiences Proficiency with word, excel and ppt and development of presentations Understanding of QMS/ISO 9001 #featuredjob
