Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another Liberal Arts major
4+ years' prior experience performing full recruiting cycle
Strong working knowledge of HR Recruiting Platforms, preferably Workday
Track record of building strong pipelines and closing high-quality candidates
Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver the full-cycle of recruiting services to our hiring managers, concentrate on technical (Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Supply Chain) and other key open roles
Partnering with a group of assigned clients with signed requisitions to assist in their recruitment efforts
Meet with the hiring manager and learn critical aspects of position, indicators of success, and ideal candidate profile
Candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing
Assessing candidate's proficiency for job fit, motivational fit and culture fit
Internet research and job board posting strategy and execution
Completing the recruiting process, including facilitating selection, negotiating offers and leading the relationship between the candidate and client
Build a strong candidate pool for each role that you own
Streamline current practices of different teams for alignment on standard methodologies, while allowing each team to keep the positive things that make them unique
