Role Overview Technical Project Managers (TPMs) are the engine that drives our clients' success. They are adept communicators with strong technical knowledge and a knack for problem solving. At Pointr, we empower TPMs to partner with clients and internal teams to deliver premiere indoor technology solutions. To that end, they are comfortable operating in a flat, fast-paced organization and are energized by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create the future of indoor experiences. At its core, this role requires the TPM to combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through multiple, often concurrent project lifecycles. Core Responsibilities Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partnersProactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on Pointr's solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their successClosely collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr's suite of technology with client applicationsInvestigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside Pointr's delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainabilityFacilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deploymentsLearn! Master Pointr's product suite to better understand how clients can use our technology and in turn supplement our product roadmapValue inclusivity and contribute to a culture that empowers you to show up as your authentic self Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software companyA self-starter by nature with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about indoor location technologyLike us, you're a high-performer with an exceptional record of getting things done in a fast-paced, analytical environmentStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholdersProcess-oriented with an eye for detail and improvementsAbility to communicate in English fluently and idiomaticallyPreferred Qualifications BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus)Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project)Project Management Professional (PMP) / Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications preferredWhat We Offer?
