Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technology Product Manager to lead the development and management of Salesforce-based products, overseeing a team of Business Analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. This role focuses on understanding user needs, defining product roadmaps, and driving the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce product management, with experience managing small teams, leading multiple Salesforce implementations, and serving as the voice of the user.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Analysts to define and refine product features, user stories, and requirements.Develop and maintain product roadmaps, identifying key business problems, defining success metrics, and creating strategic plans for product features.Collaborate with business stakeholders and the UX team to define timelines, ensure alignment, and address any front-end design needs.Act as the key decision-maker for product scope, ensuring the voice of the user is reflected in product decisions.Guide the Salesforce implementation and integration from legacy systems, driving successful deployment of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.Provide mentorship and support to the BA team (20% of the role), fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.Communicate project timelines, goals, and expectations to stakeholders, helping the business understand key deliverables and milestones.Lead multiple Salesforce implementations, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with user needs. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Manager, including experience building and maintaining product roadmaps, defining scope, and acting as the voice of the user.Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation and integration, particularly migrating from legacy systems.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.At least 2 years of management experience, leading teams of 1-2 team members, with the ability to grow into managing a larger team.Salesforce Admin certifications.Experience managing multiple Salesforce implementations. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with more than one Salesforce implementation project.Previous experience working closely with UX teams to manage front-end design, though this role will have minimal focus on front-end design.
