General Description
Receive and generate calls to customers and prospective clients, to guide and offer the Popular products. Identify the needs of each client to achieve sales goals. Among the products to offer, there are the following: loans, credit cards, reserve line of credit, IRA accounts, among others. Comply with the assigned work schedule and with the measurement requirements established by the unit. This position has incentives if sales metrics or goals are met.
Education
24:60 Bachelors degree credits approved
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes customer needs and evaluates the different Popular product alternatives available to meet them. Guide and offer the customer the right products.
Promotes the
acquisitions
of financial products and services. Provide information on products and services offered by Popular, such as loans, credit cards, lines of credit,
among
others.
Experience
At least two years of related experience.
Other Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
Excellent sales skills.
Persistent and results oriented.
Ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
PC Skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Detail:oriented with analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Work Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 7 pm. Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
