Our client, a dynamic and growing non-profit organization, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to work with the US Office Services Manager in Boston, MA.

Administrative

Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, reconciling expenses, and handling various administrative tasks.

Facilities

Responsibilities include handling and distributing all incoming/outgoing mail and packages, maintaining inventories of office supplies, including kitchen and mail supplies, and managing key vendor relations relating to internal and external guest catering.

You'll have previous 2-5 years of Admin management experience and knowledge in MS Office, Google Suite, and OneDrive. You'll be proactive and forward-thinking, anticipate other colleagues needs, have a "let me take this workload off your desk" mindset, and bring warmth and genuineness to the environment. The position is 100% onsite.

Contract duration 3-6 month Location: Boston, MA Schedule: 100% onsite (some flexibility) Pay: $30-$35 per hour
