Treasury Manager
The Treasury Manager will be an essential member of Niagara Bottling's (the Company's) Treasury group at Niagara's Worldwide Headquarter, reporting directly to the VP of Treasury. The Treasury Manager is driven, hands-on and someone who wants to learn and grow with the Company. This individual should be a good communicator, detail oriented and knowledgeable with accounting under US GAAP (vs. accounting under Banking) so as to be able to take Treasury transactions to the financial statements. This person should demonstrate technical understanding and ease in supporting the VP of Treasury in cash management strategy, hedge strategy and financing strategy.
Essential Functions
Conduct daily cash management and oversight of bank accounts (in the US and outside of US) across multiple banking platforms including working with external banking relationship manager, custodian banks, and other vendors, to troubleshoot daily transaction issues.
Process daily wires and transfers; including carrying out wire instruction validations procedures.
Monitor and manage existing bank account services (e.g. sweep, interest bearing accounts) and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts.
Monitor and manage Foreign/Multiple Currency Accounts (FCAs/MCAs) including tracking weighted average FX rates and reconciling reporting currency balances to GL.
Monitor and manage monthly currency exchanges in accordance with Cross Currency Swap (XCS) contracts.
Manage integrated systems, validate data across multiple sources (daily banking transactions into Oracle and future Oracle Cloud module/functions), and provide recommendations on leveraging technology to automate Treasury business processes and reporting.
Perform the Treasury team monthly close process as it relates to cash, money market investments, FCAs, and related accounts. Provide audit, internal compliance and due diligence support.
Perform the Treasury team monthly closing processes as it relates to recording mark to market on foreign currencies and hedges.
Assist VP of Treasury in maintaining the appropriate cash flow and related forecasts (e.g. sales of receivables, debt funding and payments, FX sale/purchases, large vendor/expansion related cash needs).
Assist VP of Treasury in monitoring Revolving Line of Credit, including sending out the various required notices.
Assist VP of Treasury in monitoring covenant ratios.
Perform miscellaneous Treasury-related duties as assigned, and back up other functions within Treasury as needed.
Drive and support operational and system improvements to enhance Treasury processes and implementing best practices.
Support senior management through preparation of materials for meetings and presentations to interested financial parties, and the executive management team.

Understanding of banking, foreign currencies and familiarity with alternative investments

Experience with treasury workstation system is a plus

Technical understanding and ease with support of the cash management strategy, and move between banking and accounting
Must be able to work remotely and on the Pacific Time Zone
Education
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university
Preferred:
Master's Degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university

Pay Rate Type: Salary
$116,624.00 - $163,274.00 / Yearly
Bonus Target: 10% Annual
