Validation/Regulatory Affairs/ Sourcer (Temporary)

Monitor due dates of contracts for Independent Contractors.
PO follow up of clients.
Interview candidates for experience and qualifications aligned with regulatory compliance and validation positions.
Provide support in the sourcing and recruiting activities for validations and regulatory compliance division within the US territory.
Manage tracking and follow up of recurrent proposals and purchase orders.
Gain and maintain relationships with clients for follow up on proposals and/or purchase orders status.

Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Oversee and monitor the independent contractors contract renewal process

Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment of validation /regulatory compliance positions required.
Previous experience working within the regulated industry (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices) is required.
Available to travel and participate in Company's activities
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering Preferred.
