The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, organizational excellence, and a deep commitment to the mission of the company. Experience in a highly unionized environment and knowledge of California labor laws is preferred. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
