About the Role The Company is in need of a VP of Global Operations with a strong background in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years' experience as a supplier to the medical device industry, particularly in a regulated environment with a focus on manufacturing Class III medical devices and ISO 13485 standards. Experience in managing operations for a global organization, with financial acumen, and a track record of success in multi-site operations, rapid growth, and international site expansion is essential. The role also requires expertise in automation, and the implementation of digital strategies for operations technology, as well as a proven background in leading manufacturing, supply chain management, and safety, health, and environmental initiatives.

Applicants for the VP of Global Operations role at the company should possess a strong skill set that includes project management, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing and directing the work of others both within their function and across functions. This is an on-site position, and relocation to the Northeast is mandatory. The VP will be a key leader within the organization, driving operational excellence and ensuring that the company's global operations are efficient, compliant, and positioned for continued growth and success.
