The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a CPA certification, a strong background in international accounting, and extensive experience in both the software and manufacturing industries. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing the accounting department, developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, ensuring the preparation of financial statements, and collaborating with other departments to support company goals. The role also involves managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies, providing strategic financial insights, and leading initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.

Applicants must have a CPA certification, a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (with an MBA or Master's degree preferred), and a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both software and manufacturing industries, excellent leadership and management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in NetSuite is also preferred. The role requires a candidate who can mentor and develop accounting staff, and who is dedicated to ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
