Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 15 years' experience, or a Master's with 12 years, or a Ph.D. with 10 years. A strong background in professional services delivery and project management, particularly in government contracting with Federal Civilian agencies, is essential. The role demands a proven track record in meeting and exceeding operational and financial goals, as well as experience with various project management methodologies, including agile and hybrid approaches. The Vice President will be expected to model and reinforce the company's culture and values, with a particular emphasis on equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Proven experience in leading complex client projects, managing a growing workforce, and holding a current PMP or PgMP credential is also required.
