Planning/Scheduling Specialist

Location: Salinas, P.R. Availability to work all shifts, weekends and HolidaysJob Description:Coordinate employees start and stop shifts, breaks and complaints. Be the main liaison between our fulltime Corteva staff and the hiring agency. Should be organized, strong communication, able to fill a position on the production floor if needed. Will be the main contact for all agency employee concerns. Monitor absences and alert Corteva Supervisor of concerns, attendance issues, complaints.Requirements:Education:Minimum technical degree in office systems or related experience.Abilities:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Computer skills. Basic knowledge of Excel & Outlook.Experience:Must have high computer skills, data entry and Microsoft programs. Leadership and Organizational Skills.Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and Holidays.Requisitos:The contingent worker will be responsible of the process to expedite the needed driver license when asked. This is requirement of employment.
