Retention Manager - Corporate

The main function of the Retention Manager is to manage the Academic Advising team to achieve student service levels and retention budgets as set by NUC Online VP. In addition, this position will be responsible that the Department maintains all compliance and regulatory standards set by the institution, accrediting body(s), and federal regulations.Requisitos:B.A. degree in Business Administration, Education or related areas2 years of management experienceMust have a strong commitment to education and have coaching and counseling skillsEffectively work with multiple databases and student platformsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
